Chan has been in full time ministry for twelve years. He has ministered as a youth pastor, community group pastor and executive pastor. Chan attended Boca Seminary (a branch of Reformed Theological Seminary) and was licensed and ordained as a Pastor in 1994. Chan & Stacy have three beautiful daughters. Chan's passion for equipping leaders in the local church has been best reflected in his recent curriculum Leading Missional Community Groups, which has been used by pastors around the nation. Chan & Stacy's passion is to plant culturally relevant churches that point people to Jesus Christ.

Jay Bauman

As the Executive Pastor, Jay provides direction for CrossPointe as a Worship Leader, in the Celebration Arts ministries, and in leadership development. After completing his MBA from Baylor University, Jay spent six years in business and technology consulting while involved in lay ministries in the local church. Jay's passion is to grow believers into desiring and attaining intimacy in worship, while providing a place for the unbeliever to experience the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.

Ryan Walker

Ryan has been through CrossPointe’s two year ministry internship program and now serves as our Connections Pastor. Ryan has a heart to connect people in a deeper way relationally with the church but more importantly to Jesus Christ. He has a passion to see people connect into community groups, and also see them contribute with the gifts God has given them to the church by serving others. He recently got married in January 2006 to his beautiful bride Carrie.

Gregg Heinsch

Gregg's passion is to see the reign of Jesus Christ advanced through planting churches that are theologically driven, faithful to the Biblical Gospel, conversant with culture, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. Toward this end, Gregg left a large, reproducing church he had planted over twenty years ago to help launch a national multi-denominational church planting movement (www.vision4usa.com) and serve as dean of the Vision USA Church Planters' Training Center here in SE Orlando. He holds a B.A. in business and theology (Bethel University, 1981), a Master of Divinity degree (Bethel Theological Seminary, 1985), and was ordained as a pastor in 1987. He has also been a youth pastor, adjunct seminary preaching professor, church planting coach, and all-around sports enthusiast. Gregg and Heidi have a daughter and two sons. Gregg has recently become the Senior Pastor of Celebration Church.

As CrossPointe’s Technical Director, Ken brings a unique gifting to CrossPointe church. With experience in audio and video Ken has a passion to reach our community through communicating God’s message in new and fresh ways. Ken provides leadership as a part of the production team which serves the church in the areas of audio, video, and multimedia.

Jim Sisco has a love for people that is evident through his shepherding leadership and passion for community groups. He has been with CrossPointe from the beginning as one of the founding elders. His incredible family consists of his wife Laura and four children Chris, Tim, Rebecca and Wesley.
